Feeder Leagues without players moving onto college?

I'm trying to make a system where players are either drafted from their feeder league team at age 17-19 or go undrafted and are added to the free agent pool. With my current setup, undrafted players just go onto a ghost college for four years and are locked out from the main league.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I used a standalone "college" league in a test save and I can tweak a few things that make it play like I want it to. I turned the PCMs down to .500 to split the difference between HS leagues. I changed the age generation to 15-18. As I build my league, I want to incorporate my "academies" in different parts of the world to pull talent all into the draft and avoid IAFA.

Maybe try setting up your feeder league as a college feeder league, but use high school ages for min/max age and created player ages.
