Help with Game

I know this isn't technical forum. I have also posted in that forum. Really frustrated.

I posted the same a couple days ago and it stopped doing this. It's back. Now when I start game, stuck on this screen. Been there for 25 minutes. Did the same with the version, prior to current. Could it be settings related?. I turned down some of my 3D settings. I can't change them back now because I can't get game to load.

I have also tried to "run as administrator". Same issue. I can't go to "trace" mode bc I can't open game. .

Windows 11 Home & I am now on latest version, 27.2 60

Nothing like this has ever happened before in my 10 years.

Help really appreciated.

1 - Do you have your license key written down somewhere or in email? If yes, uninstall game, reboot computer, reinstall game

2 - If you don't want to do 1 then close game, reboot computer, download latest driver for your video card, load, reboot computer then start OOTP

3 - Close every application except OOTP, load game and see if that does anything
