awful international amateur class
I'm in the 3rd year of a fictional league. The previous classes had multiple 5 and 4 star potential players. This year there is one 4 star and two 3 stars players. Everyone else is two and a half or less. Obviously some years are better than others but this seems extreme. Anyone else have this issue?

Probably related to the adjustments made to the draft classes to address the insane number of elite prospects.
Maybe over-tuned a little too far in the other direction if that's what it is, but would need a much larger sample to know. |

They absolutely went way too far in the opposite direction. In 2030 since the update and there are only 23 3 star and above players in the draft. You can of course change it in the settings, and beef up the classes yourself

The player should have control over the strength of each player pool. For modern MLB the current settings are realistic but for a fictional league it might makes sense if the IAFA pool is either stronger or weaker.
There really should be a setting that allows the user to adjust the strength of the IAFA pool. Same is true for established international FA. |

The interesting thing to me is that the *first* IAFA class does not seem to be this way, it's loaded with superstars. Did they forget to adjust it when they nerfed everything else?

I can relate. Because no matter what, if you have many 5 star prospects in the class, maybe, maybe, one or two of them will live up to their 5 star potential. Most of them flame out. So if you have a bunch of low star prospects, what's the point?
