Rewards for promotion?

A few weeks ago I was promoted from Low Gold to High Gold and I got some perfect and clubhouse points. Does this happen every time you get promoted and what are the rewards? Does is change based on which league you go to and from? Are the rewards listed somewhere?

There are first time promotion rewards and rewards for winning or entering the playoffs for different league levels.

In Perfect league, you are either in the playoffs or you are relegated. Not sure why there is a non-relegated 100 CS in Perfect league unless there will be an exception. But the relegated from perfect is inconsistent. Relegated from one league to a lower league tend to be equal in the non-relegated in the next lowest league as shown in the attachment. However, there is a perfect league penalty for missing the playoffs. Instead of 75 CS it is only 50 CS??

This is inconsistent as Perfect is our goal.

Can someone please update the Perfect league relegation to 75 CS from 50 CS?

BTW: High Gold relegated should receive 5 CS, just to be consistent.
