Increasing Market Share, Average Attendance Etc.

What are some of the ways that year over year I can increase the Market Size, Average Attendance, and Media Coverage Level? What is the criteria for getting a TV deal? For reference I am playing in the DEL as the Fischtown Pinguins, I have won 4 championships in a row so I was expecting some of these values to increase but it has remained the same or had a very modest increase.

What mechcanics are involved in increasing these? Is it something I can manipulate with in-game choices or are they static?

Market size and Media coverage are fixed, as they should be (well I think Media coverage could be dynamic, but that would need a lot of work I think). But average attendance should change yes. Try to decrease tickets and/or expand your arena (annual finances only)

Good to know, thank you! I also imagine dynamic market size and media coverage would be quite complex to implement.

Do it with commissioner mode yourself! Adds to the immersion.
