Colleges of Draft Prospects

Is there any way to increase the frequency of “better” colleges for the 1st round picks? Often you have guys being draft out of these small schools, I’d like to tune it so you see more players from say Vanderbilt, Miami, Tennessee, etc

There's a schools.xml file in the 'database' folder of the main game data folder.

You can edit the frequencies there and re-import.

We probably should take a pass through this soon, as some of the data is a couple years out of date now (conferences f.e.). Can potentially look at the default frequencies as well if/when we do that.
