Game Crashes to desktop when trying to load save

I need help! The game keeps Crashing to desktop when i try to load a saved game. The game crashes at "game finished loading 64%" every single time and from the fhm_trace file it seems to stop at loading ongoing storylines

I uploaded the save zip to the fhm ftp server, file name Liga_Save.zip
