Personnel Transaction Not Showing on Team transaction Log

Is anyone else noticing that Personnel transaction do not show on the team transaction log?

Not yet for the team I'm watching and they just had a bunch coaches with vacant status and then days later, people were hired but not notice of the reason for vacancy or hiring.

No notice for new updated contracts either each year when they are extended.

I believe that's a known issue; I'll submit a bug report though.

With how fast things are being reported and moving to other pages, it's impossible to search first. Especially with the multiple bug threads that are being used.
