No Granderson Variant showing up, completed his mission

Can't find my Curtis Granderson variant anywhere, and I completed the launch mission that had him as a reward

I found the Granderson card, but it is missing its variant status. Is it possible that this card wasn't meant to be a variant? The mission info seems to indicate it is supposed to be a variant.

wrong game: also none of the mission are variants, level 0 variants also don't exist. it's a typo/bug
