The OOTP27 is using OOTP26 rosters. Anyone else has the same problem

Another issue could be the date your new league starts. If your league starts as soon as the World Series is over, you have the entire offseason to play out. I believe it takes a couple days before free agents are processed off your roster, and no offseason trades have yet taken place.
