[PT Bug] Two high-value variant cards disappeared during boost attempt

Title
[PT Bug] Two high-value variant cards disappeared during boost attempt

Game version: OOTP 26
Platform: [Windows]
Perfect Team account / team name: scalette / New York Clippers
Date/time of issue: 13/10:30 AM

Hello,

I would like to report a serious bug in OOTP Perfect Team and request a review of the logs and restoration of the missing cards.

I opened the Variant Boost window because I wanted to boost my 104 Carlos Delgado (2000), Level 1 variant card to Level 5. However, when the boost window opened, I noticed that cards worth 20,000 points were already shown as submitted even though I had not selected any cards myself.

I repeatedly clicked the “Deselect All” button dozens of times, but it was impossible to clear the selection. Since I could not remove the submitted cards and was very frustrated, I clicked the Boost button.

After that, I discovered that two cards had disappeared, even though they had not appeared in the selection window:

105 Mickey Mantle, Variant Level 5

105 Mookie Betts, Variant Level 5

Both of these cards were on my active roster, and both were extremely valuable cards that I had only recently obtained by spending several million Perfect Points in the auction house.

This appears to be a bug because:

I did not intentionally select those cards in the Variant Boost window.

The submitted cards could not be cleared even after pressing Deselect All many times.

The two missing cards were not visibly shown as selected in the boost interface.

After clicking Boost, the two active roster cards disappeared.

I would greatly appreciate any help restoring these cards, as they required a very large amount of Perfect Points to acquire.

Card details lost:

105 Mickey Mantle, Variant Level 5

105 Mookie Betts, Variant Level 5

Card I was trying to boost:

104 Carlos Delgado (2000), Variant Level 1

Follow-up Regarding Incorrectly Restored Variant Cards

Dear PT Support Team,

I have confirmed that the Mantle and Betts cards were restored, and I sincerely appreciate your help.

However, the restored cards are not the ones that were actually lost. The missing cards were not the regular Mantle and Betts cards, but the following Variant cards:

105 Mickey Mantle (Level 5 Variant)

105 Mookie Betts (Level 5 Variant)

As you know, Variant cards can only be obtained through the auction house, and an OVR 105 Perfect Variant card is worth about ten times as much as a regular OVR 105 Perfect card.

More importantly, regardless of the price, these were not cards that could be easily replaced. I spent about a month continuously searching the auction house and was only able to win them after a great deal of effort.

I am very grateful that you restored the cards, but I would respectfully ask that you restore the actual Variant cards I lost, rather than the regular versions.

If it is technically difficult to restore them as Level 5 Variant cards, I would also be willing to accept them as Level 0 Variant cards.

For reference, I am currently using Perfect Team version 26.8, Build 82.

Thank you again for your time and assistance.

Best regards,
