Help with player photos

I'm missing something simple I'm sure.

I'm trying to run the All Time Greats quick start but use player photos instead of facegen. No matter what setting I use on the facegen tab in my save I get random fictional facegens for real players instead of photos.

Has anyone done this successfully?

Got it working, had to put all the photos directly in the photos folder instead of a subfolder in that folder.

The directions are for OOTP 25, any newer instructions for OOTP 27? I don't see where you can change to player photo's in settings. I see the face gen can be turned off, but still am uable to display photos.

I may not be doing it right but in my experience when they come into the league, they will come in with their picture if you have them in the photo file in the game. If they are already in the game, you may have to go to each player’s page, select editor, select picture functions on left side halfway down and select auto reload. They should load then IF the spelling in the game matches the spelling for the photo. Sometimes one and not the other may have a middle name initial or one may have Sr etc. then you will need to change one of them to match.

I have face gen turned off. I only put in photos of players on my team. When I get a new player I put his photo in the photos folder. When I start the game next time it is installed. OOTP 25. Can't imagine something like that would be changed.
