Full release over Beta?

Will the full release go on over Beta or will there be a different download. I'm a new user and I want to be sure I get full release. In other words, how will I get the full release?. Thanks

You can install any patch/release over your previous install (including the full release over the Beta).

true but you need to start a new game to get any roster changes etc

Correct, but that isn't what was asked...and I'm not sure how anyone would expect that to work differently.
