How do I expand and move the widgets so I can see BA and stolen bases.

If you mean in game screen, top right where it has the "Options". Open that menu and then hover your mouse over "Widgets". Uncheck the "Lock Widgets" option. You can then expand and move your widgets.

Not a big fan of the Pitcher Widget in the 3D game with the number of pitches stuck in the right-hand corner! The left-hand side next to the bar is where the number of pitches should go.

And the text seems to small.

I know I can move them around but can they also be resized?

If they have a plus sign in upper right, they can be expanded to show more info, but it's not possible to resize them.

Anyone else have some widgets jumping around after just about every play? Both 3D modes here.

Yes, I had the same jumping, so I "locked" widgets, which I did do in OOTP26. Seems to work then.
