Can we please get the ability to negotiate our own contracts and contract extensions when playing as GM/Manager

Yes as I want my contract to $1.

Why do I want my salary preventing me from signing that reliever or bench guy?

I just want an opportunity to not sign a contract and become a free agent. See what I can get on the open market.

Currently you can quit a manager or GM job at any time. There are always offers from other teams.

If you move to another team you're still quitting even if you don't have a contract.
