Young and Healthy SP randomly losing 10+ stamina

I'm in an online league w/ 115 TCR and now at least 5 times I've had the title occur to me. Completely healthy starting pitcher, no significant injury history, under the age of 26, development slider for stamina is at least halfway or greater, no losses under realized effort tab... and their stamina randomly drops by 10 or more points. I'm not capping their pitches at anything less than ~90-100, and every SP in my org is set on an every 5th day schedule... this has to be a bug, right? It's not just an erroneous scouting report, these are permanent changes. Other people in the league have also commented on this happening to their pitchers.
