Draft budgets

Can we please for the love of all that's holy.... Finally get this right? It's annoying to see how wrong the draft budgets are set up and all the loop holes in the current system?

Yes please but also no because the hard slotting system is terrible and should be done away with IRL.

Has to be the real system. Setting your own is a massive loophole. If a team has a big enough cash reserve... the refuse sign kids are pointless because impossible still signs if you offer up enough money.
