Can't save or even exit from Logos, Colors, Uniforms screen

First time really trying to play OOTP since July or August, and I ran into this problem. When I try to click the OK button to get out of the Logos, Colors and Uniforms screen, the button does nothing. I can't save, and I can't move out of the screen. I have to force quit the game to go anywhere.

This has happened across multiple games, so I don't think it's tied to any one Saved Game. Is there something from my laptop that might be missing, like a driver or something like that?

I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it, and it fixed my issue. You can close this thread.

Sure. It was probably just operator error on my end. I probably deleted something by accident.
