Recent fights on Dazn

i dunno abotu the rest of you but i am totally PUZZLED by some of the refs actions recently. In one fight in fact it was the Kabayel/Knyab prelim card where a fighter went down on one knee and the other hit him three more times while kneeing. that SHOULD of been an automatic DQ (one maybe but not three) but the guy that took the knee retired after that by the corner . The second in the main even co feature (decent fight) Shala/Milas Milas struggled early but cambe for a fanatstic 10th rd KO win BUT Shala went down early in the 10th was legit struggling. Milas kept on punching got him in the ropes and he was very shakey after a few more volleys even Milas pointed at Shala and looked at the ref and then delived a solid pounch and Shala went down again and for some insane reason COUNTED Shala got back up but was no way able to continue but the ref kept chekcing him. Finally the corner threw in the towel but the ref was too focused on Shala until he leaned over on the rops and the ref called it. Corner came in protesting too. The annoucners of that care was NOT to thrilled about his performance. I remmeber one US fight long ago that was questionable actions by the ref (forgot that fight) but it was either ESPN or HBO but this one in Germany was pretty bad. Thoughts?

I live in Germany, and in recent years the refs here tend towards early stoppages more and more. It's getting ridiculous by now.

I though the main event was early but the co feature even the pbp and color announcers were WTH?????
