Optional rules

I like how the game allows you to select optional rules - for example, use DH or not. And I find that it will choose to sometimes alter rules for your league (roster size, etc.) adds fun & realism.


Would like to see more optional rules, such as those proposed or have been tested.


In particular, I'd really like to have the option for some variant(s) of the "double hook" rule which ties DH to starting pitcher. Ideally would employ some of the caveats for injury, how many runs trailing by, etc. But even the vanilla version would be nice to have.
