Custom Lineup Glitch

When I edit an existing custom lineup and I need to take a player out, that part is ok. Then when I try to add a player, it kicks me out to a completely different screen. Then when I go to try again, it throws out an error and I have to create the lineup again and overwrite it with the same name. Anyone else have this problem?
