Feature Request - Position View (and Staff View)

I'd like a way to see that ratings across my entire system, from MLB down to DSL 2.

Can you add a position filter to the Organization view, or provide some other way to see the ratings (current and potential) across all of my farm teams?

Similarly, when managing my staff, I would like way to view a single position (e.g. Pitching Coach) across my entire organization. This will help ensure I have the best possibly staff at each layer of my team.

Currently, I browse back and forth through a bunch of menus. I've started shortlisting coaches just so I can compare them in the Staff Shortlist screen, but it seems unnecessarily cumbersome.

Is this what you're talking about? Last year's version, but I assume the same functions are available.

I'm showing every catcher I have in my organization in one place. In the other I'm looking at every coach I have (this can be filtered by current job if need be).
