Remove from training?

I've never seen this before...I went to move this guy from Rookie league to Rookie league after promoting him from the INTL Complex, and noticed there was a remove from training option. I'm in June right now so no Dev Labs are open. Curious what "training" he is currently in? I havent found another player with that option.

This must be an International Amateur Free Agent who was invited to training. IAFA's can be invited to training to allow teams to scout them more accurately. Has nothing to do with the Dev. Lab. IAFA training invites can be found on your scouting page.

Thanks. I checked all the tabs under Scouting and he isn't listed anywhere. Maybe a bug
