Hummmm....I really don't know. I think it came with the game and is some default stadium for 3D Play for only Spring Training.
When you read the game recap, it is noted that it rained (not snowed) for x amount of minutes.

As a Buffalonian.....I like.
Can't tell you how many times I have sat through flurries. I hate when I attend a game here and they call it off 2 hours after originalstart time.
