Cannot open OOTP 26

I've gone through most of the crash issues many have had, but alot of resolutions are after actually being able to get into the game. I load the game, have a white screen that comes up saying in the top left "Out of the Park Baseball 26 (Not responding)" and then it changes to the OOTP26 load screen then crashes.

Closed discord, stopped overlay on Steam, run as admin, restart computer, reinstall, closed/unlinked OneDrive, looked to clear AppData folders but found they dont even exist (assuming because I cannot create cache if it doesnt start). I get zero Error codes on crash.

At this point im ready request a refund, or cut my losses.

Here is a thread that might help. It regards how the game configures and points to the install location of the file/saves. The folder with the .cng file is hidden. Did you move the install location or save file location at all since first installing it?

Yes, i found a post similar that posted the questions rather than with the answers. That is how I came to shutting down the Steam Overlay and closing discord.

This is a fresh install through steam. I've not had a chance to do anything to it. I've uninstalled through steam, and reinstalled the same way hoping it was a corrupt file. Since my post I have been successful loading, but its a 1/40 chance that it happens to go through and load. If I close the game, Im back where I started.
