Penalty announcement window in 2D

Here is my annual request to fix the penalty announcement window that comes up when a penalty is called in a 2D game. In cases where more than one player is penalized (e.g., a fight or coincidental minor penalties), only one of the players is mentioned in the window. Please put in both players and their penalties.

I'd like to add on to this for those of us who like to manage lines in the 2D game - after a coincidental penalty, can we get an indication of where the face off will be?
