Bad Player Name and Bad City

I found two players which have "bad" data...

Silvester;Ševčík" - I cannot find him in game just in the CSV. He has that extra " at the end of his name which causes errors when trying to import him

There was another player with a city name of "...;nice" which I was able to find and fix but I cannot recall the player now

Thanks, there was a definitely a " at the end of the name data for Ševčík, I've removed that and he should be fixed in the next update.

Looks like the city is Paběnice, a small Czech village. I'll fix that, but it may take longer to show up in the game unless we need to do a full world database update soon.
