Is it possible to get working versions of prior games?

I've purchased every version of OOTP from 12 to 25, and past versions cannot be licensed anymore. However, there's times I'd like to play them. Is there any way to get these versions?

Like... if I prove that I bought these past versions, can I get a Steam key for them?
