Is there a potential bonus for using a staff member's preferred tactic? Say I use my offensive coach's preferred offensive tactic and my defensive coach's preferred defensive tactic, would there be a potential bonus?

No, there is no bonus. It just raises the chance the HC will use the preferred tactics.
