How do I keep them from resetting?

I went to the MLB and each minor league Stats & AI and set my starter and relief pitcher staminas for every league to what I wanted and simmed a season. When the next season was ready to begin, ALL of the staminas reset themselves. How do I lock them in and keep them from resetting after every season? I wanted to stick with default settings, but I think pitchers throwing 145 pitches in 7 innings is a tad unrealistic.

If you are playing historical, the modifiers get changed when you import the modifiers for a new year.
If you are not playing historical, you need to uncheck the option for automatic calculation of modifiers.

As soon as you make the change, go to the game tab, game settings, run full rescout. I deo this after every edit just to make sure.
