tlst9999 Bat Boy Join Date: Jul 2025 Posts: 4	Front Office Staff leaving without delay So, my A team Hitting Coach got hired to work in another club as the main team Hitting Coach. He tells me that. No raise is enough to keep him, and I can't promote him. He's leaving in a few days. But I still can't hire his replacement on the open market because it counts as firing him and having to pay out his entire contract. A few days later, he leaves and his replacement got hired by someone else instead. Can I just be given the option to fire him immediately for no compensation if he's already got another job lined up?
