problem with perfect points purchase
This is probably a stupid question but i have ran out of ideas to fix this so here goes. I just made a fifty dollar purchase of 75000 perfect points. Unfortunately, I closed the webpage with my points redemption code, thinking I had copied it, but it turned out i had not copied it. I have not received an email with the code and I have no idea how to get the code. This leaves me out fifty bucks with no points for my money. Is there a way I can get a code sent to me? I apologize to all if this is the wrong place for this question. I am out of ideas as well as cash.

It isn't showing up in my transaction history but it is showing up on my paypal page. I did a second transaction later on and it went through okay. still no sign of the first one.

Hmmmm, it may not be there b/c it isn't redeemed yet, so the posting of the Transaction history is tied to the redemption and not the purchase.
Alas, I use Amazon, so not sure where Paypal receipts go. The receipt with the code goes to my email associated with Amazon. Nothing in the junk file/spam folder? The sender is fastspring.com.

Nothing in spam folder. I made another buy later in the evening and it went through fine and I got an email receipt almost immediately but it is radio silence on the first buy.

I can see your two purchases. According to Fastspring the first purchase didn't went through and is awaiting payment.
You need to contact the Fastspring support to ask for help in this matter. |

I suppose if it didn't go through. that means i haven't paid it so I'm not out anything. I will watch paypal closely to see if they pay anything. Thanks for the help. it still seems weird because i did see the redeem key code. maybe the fact that i was unable to redeem the key kept paypal from paying?
