Most Coaches Job Security is Untouchable

My save has been imported to FHM 11 from FHM 10. It actually, I believe, goes back to FHM 6 (6 to 7, 7 to 8, 8 to 9, 9 to 10, etc.) Wondering why no coaches have been fired by nearly midseason, I decided to look at each coaches job security. Most are at "Untouchable" even if the team record is dreadful.

I don't know if this is because of the fact that the save has been imported so many times, or if there is some other factor at play here.

More about my save: I am commissioner ONLY. I do not control any teams, I just observe and only intervene when something goes awry (such as a team trading their first round pick for a player they already had under contract - but that's for another post). My save is a custom league with fictional players. There are 28 teams in my top league, 28 teams in my minor league, and 32 teams in my junior league.

I'm not sure how many seasons this issue has been around, but I had noticed that coaches (and GM's, too) only seem to get fired after the season. I have another similar save that I rarely play where I do control a team, and that save appears to have the same problem. I haven't actually played that save in FHM 11 so I loaded it up in FHM 10 and the coaches that I looked at were untouchable there too.

I looked into the save:

1. Since we changed the job security system in FHM 11 we had to pre-set the values for GM/HC to a initial setting. So that is correct in your save.

2. The job security is going up/down as intended. It might be not enough going down, I will look into this for FHM 12.
