victims_sanction Minors (Single A) Join Date: Jul 2015 Posts: 61	Anyone else feel like steals are low Steals have been on the rise but it seems like in OOTP its still the same kind of figures from a few years back (capping out around 40). Anyone else feel this way, and if so how do you handle it? There's the general strategy setting but I guess you could also modify the LTM.
