live update failed

OK, so live update fails every time I start a league. I"m in trace mode. what do I do?

The first thing would be to check and see if you have a firewall or anti-virus that might be blocking the game from accessing the server to get the live update data.

If you do have any of those running, then try whitelisting OOTP in them, restart your system, and then retry the live update.

I it still doesn't work, you can access your trace file by going to settings > troubleshooting > open folder containing debug files and post that here for us to check. You'll have several files there, so you can just upload the whole folder to Dropbox/Google Drive if you want to be sure to include the right one.
