mikea0657 Bat Boy Join Date: Jul 2020 Posts: 5	Trainer development Kind of hit me when I was looking at the ratings of my trainer, but what about the ability to send the trainer to school during the off season to improve his ratings? When I see poor or fair in something like rehabbing arms, he should be able to take off season classes in physical therapy to improve his skills.
