Pitching Potential Fix?

Are there any plans to fix stuff potential in this game? Just genuinely asking.

I'm well aware of the changes to stuff in this edition, and generally agree about the flattening of stuff to more closely mimic real life, but pitching potentials have not been adjusted at all to match it. These leaves pretty much every pitcher having a large disparity in ratings/potential until 30 when it just magically goes away.

Feels like this is a pretty big issue that I've seen a good amount of discussion about on the forums/reddit but haven't seen it actually addressed.

I'm seeing this more and more as the online league moves its file forward
