Cosmetic question

Is there a procedure to get face gen pictures with SMILES ?
Most of my players are too grumpy - would rather see some happy faces!
Also can managers wear team uniforms - not suits & ties?
Just curious ?

The smiles and grumpiness come from their morale. Turning that off lets them be effectively neutral to a slight smile. But can't have the smiles without the grumps as it's the same mechanism of emotions that yields them.

Managers cannot don uniforms.
