Draft Combine
If I turn it off, does it go back to the old scouting system?
In other words, will I generate very high ratings if I have my scout scout them as in the past? (ootp25 and earlier) My online leagues (I run 2 and am in 9 in total) do not utilize negotiation functions with amateur drafts. Not having the option to keep things as is, from prior versions, with this aspect of the game, I would consider it a bug that needs to be fixed and implemented to allow leagues to keep things as they were if they choose to do so. Thanks
