twitch drops

Hello,
I'm having trouble with Twitch drops. Over the past few days, when watching streams, especially those from ootp development, the viewing time isn't consistent. I have to watch almost twice as long to drop my packs. And of course, I can't unlock all five packs, including the silver one. Kind regards.

Unfortunately unlocking drops is entirely on the Twitch side, so you have to ask their support.
