Tech Support - Are You Aware New User Email Welcomes Are Not Going Out?
A friend of mine wanted to join but never got the email with instructions. So I tried with a 2nd email of mine and I didn't get that either. Both email accounts are functioning just fine before you ask.

It's not clear what they didn't get. Did they buy the game and never got the license key email? Are you trying to sign up for Perfect Team? You say "wanted to join" but there is no additional context.

The mails are getting sent out but there are a myriad of reasons you might not get them, mostly beyond our control. A lot of which are related to spam blocking and filters, sometimes on the level of your ISP, even before getting to your inbox.
If you need something like the token to sign up to Perfect Team, if you send an email to support@ootpdevelopments.com, we can get that for you.
