Clearing Cache

If I remember correctly the way to have the updates reflect accuratley on the players card after the update is to reset the cache. However, every single time I do it, I am getting an error message. Anyone else having the same issue?

Sorry Chris I misspoke, it is not an error, it just crashes the game. Then I get the option to send an report and restart the game. I have a macbook, if that helps.

in PT settings under troubleshooting as seen in the picture below. i go into that as well as some other troubleshooting things in my "tips and tricks" video, if watching it is easier than seeing an image.

The option will close the game, but should not crash it.
Can you upload the crash dump and DM me the link?

For MacOS I found this guide:
  1. Ensure you're logged into the computer as the user where the crash occurred
  2. Switch to the Finder
  3. From the Go menu, select Utilities
  4. Open Console
  5. Select Crash Reports
  6. Search for a crash log by the game
  7. Select the crash log
  8. From the File menu select Reveal in Finder to access the file
