Lineups being reset.
To start, I do not have 'Do not disturb' on, and I have 'setting lineups & depth charts' to myself, not my coaches. I DO have 'Minor League Lineups' to my coach. This is a fictional league and is happening at the majors level. Has not happened to me in the past versions of the game, but has plagued me since I started playing 26.
On occasion, the CPU will reset my lineups and pitching staff to whatever the bench coach thinks it should be. Seems to just be happening sporadically. It seems to happen a lot when I bring a guy back from some rehab starts. Thats not the only situation, and it doesn't always happen that way, but its the only pattern I've noticed. |

Couple of things come to mind, but not sure since you mention bench coach and not manager are you both GM and manager? Or are you GM and hired a manger for you MLB club?
1.If you have an AI MLB manger they can retain some decisions for themselves even if you have put yourself in control. Unless you are in "legacy mode". Game Settings>Global Settings>GM only users are always in control of lineups and hiring (legacy mode) The checkbox for this mode is at the bottom of the left panel of the Global Settings page. 2. You have a fatigued player and the AI redoes the lineup to put in a sub and give the starter a day off. This one could get you if you are simulating a few days at a time. The AI does this to me, but I play out all of my games so will catch the change in the pregame screen allowing me to "fix" it in whatever way I think is necessary. My guess is this is not your issue as I think you would have already spotted it. But figured better to throw it out there just in case. ![]() If you are in "legacy mode" and it is not due to fatigue, I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know about legacy mode, although I am both GM and Manager. I'll toggle it on to play it safe.
I've had the AI set a lineup where there was a fatigued player for a game, but this is modifying the whole default lineups and pitching staff. Basically, the 'Ask Bench Coach for Lineups and Depth Charts' AND the 'Ask Bench Coach for Staff' functions both get run without me doing anything. Again, rather sporadically. I'll update after playing for a bit with legacy mode on and see what happens. |

Posting this here in case anyone has this happen to them, or maybe the dev team can fix it. I found it happens when one of my minor league teams has too many players, and the AI fixes that by promoting/demoting some players from that team when I just skip to the next day. I just have to either manually fix it before going to the next day, or just run the 'ask AI to complete minor league system' before continuing.
