Help with setting up fictional 1871 league

Starting a fictional league commencing in 1871, I'm going to use the historical park models graciously provided by Silvam and co. as I did back in OOTP 2023. Back then I just used modern financials and set seating capacities to 30,000 + manually. I'd rather go full on historical this time around.

So will setting the league financials to 1871 achieve historical attendance for those years? Or is gate income only a function of attendance vs ticket price in the sim? Just wondering because many of the historical parks seating capacities are sub 10,000 and I don't want to mess up the long term financials of the league.

Also I assume monetary inflation will occur naturally, and that over some years the ball parks will need to be upgraded at least capacity wise.

Is there anything else I need to know about starting a financially accurate 1871 start? Thanks
