Created players contract demand
I have a super team. So to help with competition, I add hundreds of free agents a couple a times a year. They are all-star or better quality. They are fully developed with no service time. They all want crazy money, and most teams in the league are in the red money-wise. Is there a way to force these players to take minor league contracts?

In commissioner mode you can edit their contract status. Assign them to a minor league team first if you want a minor league contract, otherwise they'll default to a league minimum major league contract and use an option year if they get sent down

You could also go in and retire some wrecked superstars that haven't contributed for a few seasons.

You may also change the league financial settings to reduce the salary baselines--should make players seek less in FA across the board.
