Game No Longer Opens

I can get to the main menu and when i click Perfect Team or get into rosters to manage for tournaments it starts to load and then just closes. All. The. Time. I can see at the top in the loading bar it says "Please wait while loading the player cards..." then quits.
I've reinstalled the game, I've tried suggestions to repair/validate files. Nothing.

I had given up on this game a week ago due to the pay-to-win aspect, but thought I'd try again and now all it does is crash.

I'm using this on Windows 11 and a new pc: AtomMan G Series with a Ryzen 9 7945HX with Radeon Graphics RX 7600M XT. Attached is my dxdiag file if that helps. All my other games run fine. Just this one.

EDIT: I also found this suggestion in another forum "From the main start screen, hit Settings, Go to Troubleshooting, Turn on "Write OOTP debug info to file". Then when the crash happens, open the txt file it wrote in the debug folder (accessible from the same Troubleshooting tab). Paste it or post the txt file on the forum. That gives OOTPD info on the crash cause." but no file is created. When I click on the button to open it, I'm told it doesn't exist.

EDIT 2: When I add Rich Hill to my Iron league tournament roster that I'm creating and click his name to view his full stats the game closes. So for now I'm able to get into the game but certain cards crash the game. OFTEN.

Here's the trace file. Also, when I click Graphical Depth Charts it 100% of the time crashes. Can't set backups or anything. I can't believe how buggy this game is.

It looks from the trace file as if this might be an OpenGL issue. You probably need to either update your video card drivers or if that doesn't work, the next step would be to go into your video card's control panel and switch the settings for OOTP so that they are correctly using your actual card, and not any integrated graphics on the system.

I turned your OpenGL off so it doesn't use it and it still crashes. I don't have an integrated graphics I have just the AMD Ryzen RX 7600M XT. You obviously didn't read my original post where I listed everything I have. So this solution is copy-n-paste without even trying.
