NGBL to have two openings

OOTP5 League Date 9/16/2014

The NGBL is winding down it's third season of human ownership (2014) and has 2 openings forthcoming. This will be a very active off-season in the NGBL as the league is expanding to 32 teams and moving to a 4 division format. You can check out the league site and rules by clicking here. The sims run like clockwork and every sim is done live in chat.

The two teams coming availiable are:

1) New York Yankees (inactivity)- The Yankees have endured back to back last place finishes and are searching for an identity. The team is not without talent and with the offseason just around the corner an owner could make an immediate impact. If your looking for a challenge, this is it.

2) Detroit Tigers ( owner taking expansion team)- The Tigers are finishing up their third straight winning season. While missing the playoffs this year, this team is one or two pieces away from being a World Series contender once again.

This is a good, active league started with real rosters from 2002, but now in 2014. So there are still some real name guys lingering around. It's a lot of fun.

I concur, the NGBL has an excellent core of GM's and is alot of fun. If you aren't serious and commited than the NGBL isn't for you.
