Perfect Draft Views & Ratings

Request to add views and ratings to the draft screen in perfect drafts. I feel like this would make it much easier to draft rather than viewing card art and summarized ratings. There seemed to be interest in this based on reactions in discord.

The picture below is a rough version of this, the idea would be the right side has the list of available cards and specific views/filters you have already created to sort through them by ratings.

This is something I've wanted since starting with 24. Seems like there are a lot of simple QOL improvements that just get overlooked.
