More Tournament / PD formats and slots

Daily tournaments are filling up nearly 24 hours in advance. Weekly tournaments are filling up 36+ hours in advance. I imagine things will get even worse with the release of Go as more people will be able to join things during the day / on the move.

I think this is already on the team's radar, but we really need more copies of tournaments or more slots ASAP. Players want to play the game, not wait a day for their next tournament to fire.

Some quick breakfix ideas:
- Up daily caps from /32 to /64 (these started to struggle filling later in the cycle last year)
- Create copies of super popular formats like Saturday Iron Warriors and Monday Bronze Only
