Is there a setting where players abilities stay the same?

I am running a historical league that is importing historical players with their Top War season. I want to run multiple simulations without the players abilities decreasing from simulation to simulation. Is there a feature that lets me keep the players at their same peak simulation after simulation?

If I understand the ask, the answer is no. You can import 1946 Ted Williams for example but when next year comes, even with development off, he will recalc to 1947 Ted Williams. You can’t lock him as his ‘46 self in perpetuity as the calendar turns. If you want to repeat a season over and over for a comparison, get it how you want it and save it as a QuickStart and rerun it over and over to compare (vs multiple years in the same sim).

You can disable both development and recalc, and players should retain their ratings. They may retire at some point but otherwise won't change.

Interesting. Always thought if it as a. Either or, or both (for RD) WRT development and/recalc. Never neither. Good to know.
